I'm VP of Client Partnerships at Connective, a Midwest-based digital consultancy where I lead client relationships and help organizations navigate technology transformation, including the AI shift happening right now in real time.
My background is in enterprise B2B sales and consulting, spanning nearly every major industry: Government, Health Care, Financial Services, Manufacturing, SaaS, and Education. The work has always come back to the same question: how do you help smart organizations move faster and make better decisions? I've generated over $80M in career sales and helped lead transformative technology initiatives ranging from $6M to $17M+, but what I'm most proud of is the trust built along the way.
Outside of work, I'm a guitarist and guitar educator. The guitar has been my passion for more than 30 years. Along the way, I've recorded in some of the best studios in Los Angeles and Nashville and worked with Grammy Award winning and platinum recording artists and engineers. Music is the other place where I think about craft, pattern recognition, and how people actually learn. It keeps me honest about what mastery really takes.
